We are located on the Upper Connecticut River Valley, of Vermont & New Hampshire, serving Dartmouth College, Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and surrounding business, groups, families and individuals with convenient & timely services along with a World of Culinary taste sensations.

We offer quick set up "Disposable Buffets" through our deliciously economical "Stop & Drop Value Packages" as well as cutomized expanded meal options from our Full Catering Menus. We also feature self-serve buffet banquet and service options with a range of china, glass, silverware and linen options.

We typically operate Mondays thru Saturdays. Sunday orders must reach a $275 minimum.

About Us

Melvin and Damaris Hall have operated Tastes of Africa in various forms sinces 1995, in the Upper Valley area, specializing in the preparation and presentation of Authentic African, Caribbean, Southern Soul Food and other ethnic specialty cuisines.

They began with 4 years of concession trailer operations at major music events, regional festivals and craft shows.

From 1997 to 2002 they operated Restaurant Karibu Tulé in downtown White River Junction, VT.

Catering has been a constant offering throughout.
